The apartment is reached by four steps up from the street onto a patio of approximately 3.5 x 3.5m. The patio has a large pergola with sailcloth covering. The patio has ample space for alfresco evenings and currently has pots of plants and small shrubs creating a tranquil and relaxing setting for evening drinks or gatherings of family and friends.

On the opposite side of the patio is the front door of the apartment. Stepping inside finds you in the living and dining area. There is a raised platform to the front of you with steps up to the relaxed seating area. There are steps down into the kitchen which is equipped with a refrigerator, full size oven and hotplates and ample storage space.

 To the left of the front door is the door into the bedroom. There is a large dressing area with a double wardrobe and dressing table. From there four steps take you to the bed platform which is spacious enough for a large double bed and side tables. Under the bed platform is a custom made storage area with shelves and drawers behind sliding doors.

On the far side of the bedroom are steps down to a small utility area containing a washing machine and the door into the spacious bathroom, refurbished this year, (2023). This bathroom has WC a wash basin, bidet, extractor fan and cupboard space. The shower is behind a full height glass screen.
