The Studio is reached by taking the stairs up from the main ground floor patio.

Stepping inside, the first impression is of light pouring in from the patio doors out onto the spacious balcony which has a covered pergola. The balcony, retiled this year 2023, overlooks the bay of Livadia and gives beautiful East facing views across the sea to the hills beyond. It is a wonderful place to have an evening drink and watch the changing light as the sun goes down behind the house or indeed to watch the stunning sunrise.

Stepping back into the room there is a large double bed settee behind which is the shower / WC .

There is also a kitchen area and refrigerator. The room contains drawer storage units, a small wardrobe and cooking utensils. On the southern wall is a lockable door through to the first floor of the Maisonette allowing flexible use of the space.
