The main entrance to the maisonette, situated at the rear of the building, is on the ground floor of the side street. Stepping into the room there is a dressing area approximately 2.5m x 1.8m. in front of you is the bed platform with wooden steps leading up to the large double bed. There is storage under the bed and under the bed platform and under the stairs.

To the right of the bed platform are steps down to a dressing or storage area and the door into the wetroom shower and WC. To the right of the front door are the stairs up to the first floor, the stairs have wardrobes underneath with ample storage.

Arriving on the first floor and looking left we are in the living room or second sleeping area. There is ample room for a dining table and chairs and a bed settee. There is a small step up to the kitchen area with a washing machine, fridge and cooking rings.

Opposite the kitchen are double doors with flyscreens out to the balcony which overlooks the street and has a front view to the bay and has a covered pergola. . At the top of the stairs is a lockable door in the North wall leading to the Studio allowing flexible use of the space. Please see the pictures below.
